Cancellation / no show:

After a reservation has been executed (even via telephone) the following rules of cancellation apply:
  • Free of charge till 14 days before the arrival date (e.g. arrival date: 28.09. cancellation is possible till 13.09. 12 pm)
  • A later cancellation: Cost = the first night for the room
  • In the case of a "no show": Cost = the cost of the room(s) for the entire period booked
